Whatever you have, MUST be converted using their conversion tool. The battery life has varied some. I have not found a way to delete songs off of the player without hooking it up to the computer, but this is not a huge deal for me since playre else is perfect.

MY player came with NO such disk, so I don't know what drugs they're smoking. You get what you pay for. View ID3 tag information such as artist, track, song name, etc. They are large, hard and don't fit comfortably in the ear. My only problem with it, is that it has a short battery life.
Features that relate to the MP are not coverednothing about using a SD memory card that has been loaded with MP3 files, nothing concerning user access to My Favorites, no details on creating personal playlists that all end up being identified as Untitled, and omission of information on loading individual JPG images that somehow wind up as blank folders in the Photo category.
I just got the thing and already it feels like it's ready to come off.

Carry music with you everywhere you go with the Coby MP Had I read through ALL the previous reviews I would have seen some of my same complaints and given this a pass. FM radio also included.
Set font color, turn on cby scroll, and save your current location with "bookmarks. I think this has to do with the days when I am constantly scrolling through songs as opposed to days where I select my list and let it play. If you are like me and have more than 20 favorite songs, then this is an annoying drawback.
